Santa’s Naughty Elf’, by Sundeep

One Christmas Eve all the elves were making toys except one elf. He was tired of making these toys so he told the elves, “Let’s stop making toys.” “No,” said the elves. That night the elf scribbled on Santa’s list. One elf saw him, “I’m telling Santa.” At Christmas Santa said, “Who scribbled on my list?” “Him,” said the elf. “Why did you scribble on my list?” said Santa. “He told me to.” “Why did you tell him to?” said Santa. “I didn’t”, said the elf. “Then who did?” said Santa. “Let’s just deliver the presents,” the elf said. “It was me who scribbled on your list. Now you have got to make a new list.”

One Christmas Eve on the 24th December there was a naughty elf called Cheeky and he went in the making factory. Cheeky pressed the wrong button for the clothes and it turned all of them blue and Santa was very cross. So Santa said don’t do that to Cheeky. “OK, I won’t do that again,” said Cheeky. “I promise.” “OK,” said Santa. “What shall I do now?” said Cheeky. “I think you can play with the others. Merry Christmas.”

‘The Haunted House’ by Sundeep

One day there was a nasty witch. Her name was Zoe. She always made bad spells and that’s why she made bad spells to destroy the town. All the people ran. She saw a rat chopping her house. “Stop!” said the witch. Then the witch accidently turned the rat into a giant. The witch ran to where there was a fire. The witch made her fire and the giant was burned to the ground. She saw a dog so she went to the shop and bought all the dog food and she fed her dog as her pet and the dog ate all the food!

Once upon a time there was a girl who was called Milly. She lived in a haunted house and she was doing a spell on a monkey and it all went wrong. The monkey turned into a pancake and the pancake ran after her. The witch fell over and broke her leg. She went to the witch doctor who said, “I can’t mend it.” So her cat put a bandage on her leg.

‘My Half-term’, by Ruggero

I explored a zoo called Monkey World. I saw a lot of monkeys. I also saw an old school. I went to a car boot sale. I bought a lot of things. I went in a giant boat and I am going to sleep on one when it is it is December. My grandparents came and I played with them. then one day they had to go home. I went with Max and Amelia and my sister Rubina to a farm. I saw a lot of different animals. There was a toy shop too. My dad said when I am eleven years old I can go to the jungle.

‘My Half-term’, by Francesca

My friends came round to my house. Ankit came at twelve o’clock and Serena came at quarter past. We went on the trampoline and went on my swing and slide set. That was fun. At 5 pm Serena and I watched a film at my house. It was called Barbie and the Three Musketeers. She went in the middle, nearly at the end. I played outdoor snakes and ladders and ludo. They are on the same board. I played them with my daddy. It was a fun day. Before I played the games I watched a film called Barbie in a Christmas Carol. It is a story about a girl who discovers the meaning of Christmas. Three spirits come, Christmas past, Christmas present and Christmas future. She takes a magical journey. I got a muffin with my mum in the Marlands Centre and got some Christmas wrapping paper and some birthday wrapping paper. I went with my mummy and got a Halloween doughnut.

Creative Writing – ‘Mouse’s Adventure’, by SundeepOnce upon a time there was a mouse, a clever mouse. He was clever because he could go on holiday. He lived in London. The mouse wanted to go on holiday to the South Pole so he went to his next door neighbour. He opened the door and went into the room and stole their ticket. Then he went to the airport and he got a parachute. Then he got on an aeroplane and he took his parachute. One man stopped him. “Where’s your ticket?” The mouse gave the man his ticket. Then the mouse was in the plane. He saw the South Pole but the aeroplane went past so the mouse jumped out of the aeroplane. Then he pulled the parachute and landed on the South Pole. It was freezing. He met a friend. “Where do you come from?”

“I come from London.”

“So do I!”
